The hotel is great. Friendly staff. Nice service from Nona. Good food. Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Wide single beds. Direct access to Jogja City Mall.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our time here. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from the concierge to the pool attendant and receptionist. The service was top-notch.
We highly recommend this venue to our family and friends for their next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, great service, and convenient location close to shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel facilities were also excellent, including a spacious swimming pool and good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, very close to a shopping mall. You won't have to worry about getting wet when it rains as the mall is conveniently located next to the hotel. the receptionist was friendly and the food was good. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel had poor cleanliness and service standards.

Spacious rooms and great location! the hotel was conveniently located near the mall and offered a great view of the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including local cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the pool, it was relaxing and a great place to unwind after a long day.
Noise! Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep due to the loud noise coming from the floors above. This made my business trip less than ideal.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
This hotel is located in an excellent area, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. The staff is wonderful and incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious and the amenities provided are top-notch.
The only downside of this hotel is that the elevators can be quite slow, especially during peak hours. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience of staying at this hotel.
